What the price includes
Every flight includes pickup from your hotel or riad in Marrakech, tea or coffee while the balloon is inflated, 40 to 60 minutes in the air at sunrise, a Moroccan breakfast and the return to your hotel. There are no hidden costs.
Shared or private flight?
The classic flight is in a shared basket of up to 19 passengers. The sunrise flight takes a smaller group of 8 to 12 passengers. The VIP and royal flights keep the basket for your group only, with a group rate from 3 people.
Payment and cancellation
You book online without paying: payment is made on the day of the flight, in dirhams, euros, pounds sterling or US dollars. If the weather stops the flight, you get a new date or a 100% refund. Cancellation terms
