What happens if the weather stops the flight?
We cancel the day before if the forecast is bad and offer you another date. If a new date is not possible, you are refunded 100%. If take-off is impossible on the morning itself, breakfast is served and the flight is refunded in full.
How does payment work?
Payment is made on the day of the flight, in dirhams, euros, pounds sterling or US dollars. The price shown is the total amount, with no hidden costs.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes in several layers, as the air is cool at dawn, closed shoes, a cap and sunglasses.
Can children fly?
Yes, from 4 years old, if they can see over the edge of the basket and stand for the whole flight.
What if I cancel myself?
A cancellation less than 24 hours before the flight, or not showing up at the time confirmed the day before, is charged in full.
