Allow about 4 to 5 hours from pickup to your return to the hotel, including 40 to 60 minutes in the air. You leave before dawn, about 2 hours before take-off, so that the balloon is airborne at sunrise. You are back at your hotel by late morning.
What time is the pickup?
The time follows the sunrise: the sun rises around 6:30 am in June and around 8:30 am in January (Morocco time). We confirm the exact time the day before. When to fly, season by season
What to bring
- Several layers of clothing: dawn is cool, especially in winter.
- Comfortable closed shoes.
- A cap or hat, sunglasses and sun cream.
- Your phone or camera, held firmly during the flight.
Who can fly?
Children from 4 years old, as long as they can see over the edge of the basket and stand for the whole flight. Passengers must be able to climb in and out of the basket without much help. If you have heart, breathing or mobility problems, ask your doctor before booking.
What if the weather is bad?
The pilot decides based on the forecast. If the flight is cancelled the day before, we offer you another date or a 100% refund. If take-off is impossible on the morning itself, breakfast is served and the flight is refunded in full. Our safety commitment
